FESTIVE FLAKES is my Tablerunner design for 2024. Each year, since I started designing, I publish a holiday themed tablerunner.

When I thought about the theme for this year, I thought of all that transpired in my piece of the world.
I then tried to translate those occurances into a festive theme.

Since it was an unusually cold and wet winter this year, with snow in parts of my country that either doesn’t get snow or icy cold weather patterns in the middle of what was supposed to be Spring. Infact, it snowed in some parts during early Spring! Some serious crazy weather.

Festive Flakes is the perfect interpretation of this past winter. Instead of dwelling on the icyness I chose to use the memory to create something beautiful for my Christmas table.
