Materials:
• 3 Skeins Knit Picks: Gloss Lace, 70% Merino & 30% Silk, 440 yds/50 g; Shown in Color – Winter Night
- Approximately 1,095 yards of lace weight yarn
• 32” US Size 9 (5.5 mm) Circular Knitting Needles
• Short Straight US Size 9 (5.5 mm) Knitting Needles (Optional)
• 2 or more Stitch Markers (Optional)
• Small Darning Needle

Gauge:
• 14 Stitches x 20 Rows = 4” x 4” in Blocked Stockinette

Finished Size:
• At the widest points, Approx. 80” wide x 42” Tall

Notes:
• Charted stitches outlined in red and green denote stitch sequences that are repeated in certain situations. Check the written instructions for the correct count.
• Stitch counts are written in (in blue italics).
• All slipped stitches should be slipped purl-wise with the yarn held toward the knitter.
• Charts only represent right side rows. All wrong side rows should be knit as follows: slip 1, purl to end of row
• The border is knit at a 90 degree angle to the edge of the shawl back and forth, connecting to the shawl using Knit-2-Together Through The Back Loop. So, the body of the shawl is knit first, and then the border is knit onto and around the shawl.
• The border starts each new edge of the shawl by casting on 6 stitches.
