A sontag or wrap-around shawl which I designed after I searched and searched for something to knit which would provide this beautiful silhouette, but would also entertain me.

As a fidgety person I hate knitting stockinette (or god forbid! garter stitch) for endless rows, but I also get bored of repeats that are too simple. This design has a bit of everything to keep you entertained and produces (I hope!) a beautiful outcome for your work.

Easy enough to memorise after a couple of repeats, you can watch the telly and get this girl going, then she’ll keep you nice and toasty as an extra layer or your principle warmth-giving implement in Spring/Autumn.
