Multiple colors are recommended;
~100-120 yards of base color of bag
~1-10 yards of other colors for flowers; I used about 5-10 yards of pink and about 1-3 yards of other colors (light yellow, white, dark yellow, brown).

I recommend using a darning needle for sewing the bag together (basic sewing of a rectangle and to sew in flowers)
Final bag measures approximately 8 1/2 inches wide and 5 inches tall/deep.
