This shawl evokes the rows of a field diminishing into the distance. Simple yet with a subtle sophistication this shawl will work well in any wardrobe. The rows of the field are made against the diagonal rows of knitting transforming simple knit and purl stitches into a pleasing texture that is fully reversible. The pattern is written using a easy expanding sequence of stitches, and is customizable to other yarn weights and lengths than were used by me.
