Reminiscent of fields of golden wheat standing tall in the sun, the Fields of Gold Cowl is a quick-to-make accessory that will give any outfit a summery glow. It’s worked from the bottom up in joined rounds, and the size can easily be customized by increasing the foundation chain.

NOTES

  • This cowl is worked in joined rounds from the bottom up.

  • To increase the circumference of the cowl, add to the base chain in increments of two. Increasing by four stitches will add approximately 1” to the circumference. To increase/ decrease the height of the cowl, follow the pattern as written, repeating Rounds 3–5 until cowl reaches the desired height, then repeat Rounds 45–47.
