| Pattern Notes & Construction
Fienna is a comfortable top-down sweater with classic fit that is worked seamlessly in the round. Back neckline is raised with short rows, and the circular yoke features bands of two-color brioche and garter stitch. Body and sleeves are worked separately in relaxing one-color brioche and are distinguished by contrast-color garter stitch cuffs and ribbing. Go bold with bright, high-contrast colors or choose closely related hues for a subtle feel.

| Fit & Sizes
- To fit the actual bust circumference of:
31.5 (34.5, 37.5, 40.5, 43.3, 46.5) (49.5, 52, 55, 58)” /
80 (88, 95, 103, 110, 118)(126, 132, 140, 148) cm
- Finished bust circumference:
33.5 (36.5, 39.5, 42.5, 45.5, 48.5) (52, 54.5, 58, 61)“ /
85.5 (93, 100.5, 108, 115.5, 123) (132, 138.5, 147, 155) cm
The sweater is intended for 1.5 – 3” (4 – 7,5 cm) of cosy ease at bust. Please note that sample is shown in size S with 5” (12,5 cm) of ease resulting in a roomy, oversized look. If you would like to avoid this extra volume, opt for a size with a finished bust measurement 1.5-3” (4 – 7,5 cm) larger than your actual bust circumference.

| Yarn & Yardage
Fingering weight yarn in two colors. Sample is shown in Madeline Tosh Merino Light in colorways Electric Rainbow (MC) and Dirty Panther (CC).

  • MC: 960 (1065, 1188, 1310, 1433, 1556) (1679, 1801, 1943, 2089) yds / 878 (974, 1087, 1197, 1311,1423) 17 (1536, 1647, 1777, 1910) m.

| Needles
Needle sizes are suggested. Adjust them as necessary to obtain correct gauge for every stitch pattern used.

  • Crochet Hook (optional, needed only if you use the crochet CO): Size E-4 (3,5 mm).
  • Main Needles: US 4 3,5 mm circular needle, 16” 40 cm, and 32” (80 cm) long. US 4 (3,5 mm) needle(s) suitable for working small circumferences (like a set of 5 DPNs, a long circular needle for Magic Loop or two short circular needles).

| Gauge
Please note that brioche gauge may be tricky to measure. Make sure to block your swatch the way you will block your finished garment.

  • Brioche Stitch: 18.5 sts and 48 rnds = 4” (10 cm) on main needle, worked in the rnd, after wet blocking.
  • Garter Stitch: 22 sts and 44 rnds = 4” (10 cm) on main needle, worked in the rnd, after wet blocking.

| Other tools
