Here is a very pretty rectangular shaped cot blanket with a choice of 2 borders, a simple V stitch and a stunning and very unique lace-effect border.

Blanket measures approx 80cm x 86cm, and is very easy to make, with full written instructions, and a simple V stitch border.

The fancy border is more for the intermediate to advanced crocheter. There are written instructions for the first and second rounds to get you started, and assist with stitch placement, the rest up to the last round is by chart, and i have written out the instructions for the last round.

You will need a 4.5mm crochet hook for the main blanket, 4mm for the border, and around 350g DK in total for the blanket and border, (less if doing the V stitch border). The format is UK stitches and terminology for the written part. Chart is universal.

Pattern contains UK/US stitch conversion, and also chart symbol conversion.
