Fighte (pronounced Feeh-che) means “woven, knitted, twisted/interwoven” in Gàidhlig. The twisting cables in this design make for the warmest wee blanket for your littlun.

The pictured sample blanket uses 1.5 balls of Bendigo Woollen Mills Luxury 8ply in Clover 319. It measures 60 x 60cm (23.5 x 23.5 inches) after blocking. It weighs 296g.

This blanket is easily adapted to your size preferences by adding cable panels and length. Please note any changes will affect yardage requirements.
