The Winter Olympics made me nostalgic for my figure skating days, so I combined my older love of skating and newer love of crochet into a pattern for the holidays that stays festive through the Olympic season!

This is a PATTERN ONLY including a 9 page document with instructions and pictures to crochet your own figure skate stocking basket, measuring around 12 inches in width and 10 inches in height.

The pattern is beginner friendly, but uses the following:

Abbreviations (US Crochet Terms Used):
SC: Single Crochet
SL ST: Slip stitch
HDC: Half double crochet
DC: Double crochet
STS: Stitches
R: Row or Round (if working in a Magic Circle)
(number): Stitch count for the given row or round when counting is helpful

5.00 mm US hook
Yarn needle
Scissors
3-4 colors of worsted weight yarn (<1 skein each)
Stitch markers
