Note on measurements and yarn:
"Rowan Den-m-nit Indigo Dyed Cotton DK will shrink and fade when washed.  When washed for the first time the yarn will shrink by up to one fifth in length, but the width will remain the same.  This sweater is specially designed for this yarn and all the necessary adjustments have been made in the instructions to obtain the washed measurements listed above."

Rowan Denim appears to be the successor for Rowan Den-m-nit Indigo Dyed Cotton DK.  Another substitute yarn is Den-m-nit, sold by http://www.elann.com.

This sweater is worked in flat pieces, without gussets, and the pieces are washed and shrunk to fit before sewing them together.  Starmore does not suggest working this sweater in the round due to the yarn’s shrinkage in length.
