This pattern is available in English, Danish and Norwegian.

The Filigree Socks pattern is written for double pointed needles, but clearly it can be worked with Magic Loop instead. If that is the case, then please use stitchmarkers to indicate the different divisions of the sock (the pattern uses the needles to indicate top/bottom etc).

Also note, that the stitchcount varies due to the false cables – in Round 3 of Chart 1 the total of sts are 60, but it returns to 64 on the next round – and so on.

I have used a very basic sock yarn with stellina (glitter) from my own dye shop, Skeindinavian Knits. If you can’t get hold of this yarn, most indie dyers have the exact same base of merino/nylon/stellina 75/20/5 (100 grams = 400 meters).

I recommend muted semisolid colours that are not too ‘busy’ - otherwise the lace panel will not stand out.

Happy Knitting!
