Filigree Stitches is an overlay mosaic crochet pattern, written in UK terms, with the pattern being mainly in chart form, which comes with associated keys, comprehensive pattern notes and instructions on how to read the user friendly charts.

The pattern motif can be repeated to make any product you require and can be worked in traditional overlay mosaic crochet or tapestry mosaic crochet as there are charts for each type included. I have included digital mockups on page 2 to give ideas of how to incorporate the tapestry mosaic sections.
The pattern is worked in rows and a simple envelope border is added so that the ends are trapped between the front and back borders. This border can be adjusted to work with any size of project.
Also included are instructions and a chart for how to make the rug version of Filigree Stitches, with information how to calculate the yarn amount required for any size of rug.
