Skills Used: Long Tail Cast On, Knit (K), Slip 1 ST Knitwise (SL1K), Knitting in the Round, Standard Bind-Off.

Materials:

Yarn snips/scissors
1 darning needle
1 stitch marker to fit Small and Large Needles
2 separate circular knitting needles or sets of interchangeable needle tips (smaller and larger size) with a cord in your preferred circumference for cowl knitting. Suggested needle sizes provided below but adjust your needle size up or down as your personal gauge requires to get a medium density, flexible, stockinette fabric on your Large Needle.

Aran Suggested Needles: Small - US 9 (5.5mm, UK 5) and Large - US Size 10.5 (6.5mm, UK 3)
Bulky Suggested Needles: Small - US 10 (6.0mm, UK 4) and Large - US 11 (8mm, UK 0)
Super Bulky Suggested Needles: Small - US 11 (8mm, UK 0) and Large - US Size 15 (10mm, UK 000)

Gauge: In Pattern in the round on Large Needle for 4”x4” washed and blocked. Here 1 Row = each ST has been knit in the round.

Aran: 16 Stitches wide by 17.5 Rows tall
Bulky: 14 Stitches wide by 15 Rows tall
Super Bulky: 10 Stitches wide by 9 Rows tall

Recommended Yarns: Divide the suggested amount of yarn in the table evenly between 2 different colors of your yarn weight.

Aran (A): Malabrigo Mecha (Single Ply): Example: Approx. 50g/65 yards of EACH color for Size 2 (Adult Fitted).

Bulky (B): Malabrigo Chunky Merino (3 Ply): Approx. 50g/50 yards of EACH color for Size 2 (Adult Fitted).

Super Bulky (SB): Malabrigo Rasta/Dream in Color Savvy/Neighborhood Fiber Co. Rustic Bulky (Single Ply): Approx. 60g/40 yards of EACH color for Size 2 (Adult Fitted).
