GAUGE
17 sts and 32 rows = 4” over Stripe Pattern, blocked (see Notes)

NOTES

  • 17 sts and 32 rows = 4” is a blocked gauge. Before blocking, my gauge was 24 sts and 40 rows = 4”. Because of the silk content, Fino relaxes quite a lot in blocking. If your gauge is too big before blocking, you may run out of yarn.
  • Shawl is worked in 2-row stripes.  There’s no need to cut yarn at every color change; carry color not in use up side of work, making sure not to pull it too tight.
