I love the colors in this yarn, so I designed an easy to knit, top-down pullover, with an interesting stitch detail where the colors overlap.

This pullover comes with a matching cowl that can be worn with the pullover or on its own. Both the pullover and cowl are knitted on circular needles in the round, so no seams to sew up.

The pullover starts at the neck and is worked in the round to the hem. The sleeve stitches are held on stitch holders, then picked up and knit in the round. The only seam to sew up is a small hole under the arms.

I used Bernat Softee Baby Stripes yarn in colorway Fireball Stripe.
You will need 4 (5, 6, 7) skeins for the pullover, and 2 more skeins for the cowl. You will also need US size 6 (4mm) circular needles.

This is a very easy to knit pullover, with increases along the raglan shaping, decreases to shape the sleeves, and an easy to memorize fancy stitch where the colors change.
