For his very first collaboration with Biscotte Yarns, Michael Harrigan chose Sirius and Bis-Sock to create this beautiful wrap, the Fireflowers

Knitted in a mix of colors and textures for a look that’s out of the ordinary, you’ll have as much fun knitting the Fireflowers as wearing it!

In addition to the knitting pattern, you will need the following material to knit this wrap:

YARNS

  • Biscotte Yarns – Sirius (85% Merino SW and 15% Donegal + Nylon, 400 m / 437 yds, 100g): 1 skein of Denim
  • Biscotte Yarns – Bis-Sock (85% Merino SW and 15% Nylon, 200 m / 217 yds, 50g): 1 skein each of Comete and Ursula

NEEDLES & NOTIONS

  • 3.0mm (US size 2.5), 80cm (32”) circular needle or size needed to obtain gauge.
  • Tapestry needle

GAUGE 27 sts & 32 rows = 10cm / 4” In Portcullis Stitch Pattern

Designer note: If you choose to work a gauge swatch be sure to reuse the yarn as this pattern requires most all of the yarn in the three colors.
