Ah, the Fireside Stocking. I created this stocking in 2018 for our family to enjoy, and now I am bringing the pattern to you! This timeless heirloom style stocking can be worked up quickly with the bulky weight wool-ease thick and quick, but I have also worked it up with a worsted weight, and though smaller, it’s equally beautiful!

This can be made in so many ways, if you are looking for each stocking to be a little bit different, just mix and match the colorways, make one with just the colored toe, give one 3 colorways, or even easily add in a striping detail. Possibilities and colors are endless!

This pattern works up fast enough to offer these stocking for retail orders at craft shows or small batch customs. It’s beginner friendly, If you can read patterns, you got this!
