It’s been five years since that first long weekend when I thought maybe I’d try to knit a sweater in four days. It was a silly personal challenge and I had no idea that it would become an annual event that drew together a remarkable community of knitters around the globe. The 4 Day Knitalong has never been about 4 days – not really. It’s about knitting a sweater faster than you thought we could – and doing it with the energy, enthusiasm, and support of the Olive Knits community.

This year, with hope on the horizon, we’re embracing the 5th Annual 4 Day Knitalong with renewed energy and joy. Join us for the knitting party of the year – a celebration of life, friendship, and brighter days. Fireworks is a celebration in the stitches!

A celebration of life, friendship, and new beginnings. Are you ready for a party on your needles? The unique firework stitches in this design cascade down the yoke like streams of light in the night’s sky. It may look complex, but the little bursts are easy to knit and become intuitive after just a few repeats. Get ready to light up the
room with this show-stopping design. Fireworks is knit seamlessly from the top-down, with round yoke shaping and a slightly cropped lower body length. You can easily adjust the length to your preference.
