Firework Applique great for Indendence Day, 4th of July or many other celebrations. This pattern includes the pattern for the small star.

Finished sizes using size H/5mm hook and worsted weight yarn:

Rocket Firework – 3 inches by 1 ½ inches
Firework – 1 ¼ inches by 2 inches (not including fuse)
Small star using G hook: 1 ¼ inches across

Pattern is ranked beginner and uses the following stitches: single crochet, half double crochet and slip stitch. An adjustable ring is used to make the small star.

There are detailed pictures in this pattern to help those who need to see examples. I am a visual learner and just have to see it sometimes to understand.
