These are the companion mitts for the Fireworks Beret. They are worked so that they are mirror images of one another.
As of April 2012, the pattern has been updated to include a longer alternate version.
The longer version used Madelinetosh DK twist in colorway Sweetheart.
The yarn used in the purple sample, Elsebeth Lavold Angora, has been discontinued. Any worsted weight yarn should work just has well.
As with the beret, the cable design is charted.
Level: Experienced Intermediate or Advanced. Must love cables.
