Firth is a top-down sweater with a set-in-sleeve construction and ribbing detail around the shoulder and the underarms. It’s a simple design with considered details and a great fit. It’ll quickly become a wardrobe staple.

6-12 cm/2.5-5 inches of positive ease is recommended, meaning you should pick a size that is 6-12 cm/2.5-5 inches larger than your chest measurement.

The DK weight samples are knit in Drops Alpaca held with KFO Mohair AND Sunday Fibre Co 4ply held with their mohair.

Other yarns used by test knitters for the DK weight version include West Yorkshire Spinners Illustrious dk, Sandnesgarn Peer Gynt, Malabrigo Dos Tierras, Explorer knits and fibers Rockies DK, Purl Soho Cashmere Merino Bloom.

The fingering weight sample was knit in Kinross 4ply.
