This coat/dress is made top down with raglan sleeves.
Make longer sleeves if desired.
You will need more yarn for longer sleeves.
I have included directions to give it more flare if you like.
I love using the gradient yarns.
This one was made using 2 cakes of Cotton KIngs Twirls which have 800 m each.
