FJORDENHUS WRAP is a design with a playful geometric character. Elements of different shapes, sizes and hues are put together in a chaotic way, resulting in a clinker-like structure with a vivid play of colour and form.
The inspiration to this wrap derives from the amazing brick art on the facades of the Fjordenhus. This architectural masterpiece in the middle of the port of Vejle is only accessible through a pedestrian bridge. It features countless beautiful details and its entry foyer offers spectacularly framed views over the fjord.

Description
Fjordenhus is a generously sized light fingering weight wrap with a play of shapes and colours, inspired by bricks. A circular shaped brick marks the centrepiece and slits on both ends create a fringe-like look.

Techniques
The wrap is basically knitted in garter stitch with a change of colour in every row. Slipped stitches and simple intarsia technique create the brick-built structure.
