Can’t you just imagine dancing the night away in this hip-hugging, swishing, ruffled-hem drawstring skirt? It’s knitted from the top down and shaped with concentric increases along the way. A generous mass of tight ruffles worked with a sequined yarn adds drama near the short ruffle around the hem. The ruffles are picked up along strategically placed ridges and can be worn on either the right or left side, the front, or the back of the skirt. The drawstring holes are evenly placed around the waistband—just adjust the placement of the drawstring tie to posi-tion the ruffles where you want.
