This simply textured, fast & warm knit is worked in the round and finished with the kitchener stitch. It can be worn with the points folded inwards or with flappy ears pointed outwards :)

A big thank you to Katy from Québec who helped me out with the name “Flanelle”. In the photos the hat looks warm, soft, sweet & fluffy like “Flanelle” but the Álafoss Lopi yarn I used is warm and fluffy but not soft at all, a real outdoor yarn and more suitable for a coat or cardigan instead of a hat so I’m gonna sew in a soft flannel lining :)

If you’re planning to knit the hat pick a soft yarn like Cascade Eco+ or Misti Alpaca Chunky or sew in a very soft flannel lining for the warmest hat ever ;)

Stitches used: knit & purl

The infinity cowl in the 3rd photo is “Blue in Green”. The pattern is available in my Ravelry store :)

Happy knitting!!
