Pattern Description from Interweave Online Store: “A kicky skirt in silky nubbed yarn is worked sideways in one piece. It goes around from center back to center back and is shaped with short rows at sides and hem.”

Finished Size: 32 (36, 40)“ (81.5 (91.5, 101.5) cm) circumference. Finished size should measure an inch or two smaller than actual hip size. Skirt shown measures 32” (81.5 cm).

Yarn: Muench Fabu (90% viscose, 10% polyester; 79 yd 72 m/50 g): #M4301 ribera (lime/olive/blue mix), 5 (6, 6) balls.

Yarn weight: #5 - Bulky

Gauge: 14 sts and 24 rows = 4” (10 cm) in St st. Note: The sts are difficult to see in this yarn; to work a gauge swatch, cast on 14 sts and work for 24 rows. Finished swatch should measure 4” (10 cm) square.

Needles: Size 10 (6 mm). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions: Tapestry needle; 1” (2.5-cm) wide skirt elastic, about 1” (2.5 cm) longer than waist circumference; sharp-point sewing needle and thread.
