I made this for an 8oz flask but its easily adapted for any size :)

Also not included in the pattern is the mock cable - the instructions are the same except instead of knitting in the round the entire way up the sides you follow this pattern on the long ends and purl on the short ends:
row 1: knit 2, purl 2,
row 2: knit 2, purl 2, (knit 1, yo, knit 1, purl 2) repeat in parentheses until you reach the end of the row and end with knit 2
row 3: knit 2, purl 2, (knit 3, purl 2) repeat in parentheses and end row on knit 2
row 4: repeat row 3
row 5: knit 2, purl 2, (knit 3, pass the first knit over the last 2, purl 2) repeat in parentheses and end on knit 2

repeat!
