The flat triangular scarf “Oineis” consists of several front post and back post double crochet patterns, that are connected by loose and airy sections. The patterns are quite easy to crochet, therefore the scarf can be made by beginners who know front post and back post stitches easily.

The scarf can be crocheted by beginners who know following stitches:

  • magic ring
  • chain stitch
  • single crochet
  • double crochet
  • treble
  • front post double crochet
  • back post double crochet

The pattern includes:

  • general information on the pattern and the scarf
  • needed tools and material
  • information on used stitches and abbreviations
  • written description of each row
  • crochet chart (drawn on the computer)
  • table with number of stitches per row

The scarf shown on the pictures has following dimensions: 120 x 120 x 195 cm.
The scaf can easily be made smaller by removing the last section. If you want to make it larger, you can simply repeat of the of the front post/back post sections (you only have to make sure to work symmetrical in the center). If you need help, feel free to contact me!

Used material and tools:

  • crochet hook 3.0 mm
  • scissors
  • needle for sewing the loose ends
  • optional: stitch marker
  • optional: pins for stretching (the scarf shown in the pictures was not stretched)

You may sell scarfs made with this pattern, as long as you have made them by yourself and mention me as designer of the pattern. You are not allowed to sell the pattern, further distribute it or publish it (also not parts of it).
