This fleece lined winter cowl, or infinity scarf, is incredibly warm! It is the perfect accessory for winter to keep cold air off your neck and out of your coat. My daughter loves hers for recess at school because her neck stays warm without the danger of a dangling scarf!
You can make it in adult or child size. This pattern is made to size, so gauge isn’t as important as the measurements.
Choose any light DK-weight yarn that is soft.
You will need a length of fleece as well.
I’ve rated this as intermediate level because some assembly is required and there are a couple special stitch types, though they are pretty easy to work.
I strongly suggest using a 1/16” hole punch to create the holes in your fleece as I’ve found it’s the easiest. Although, you may use any method you deem effective for creating holes in the fleece.
