This is a pattern for a lace turtleneck scarf. There are two different laces used in this scarf which compliment each other well. The center section is a ribbing, which forms a turtleneck, guaranteeing that you’ll be warm all winter. Although the panels are wide in the sample, there are suggestions for making it thinner contained within the instructions. There are also instructions for an optional crocheted edging contained within the pattern, should you want to edge your scarf.

This pattern is both charted and written out line by line.

Skill Level: Intermediate (assuming a basic knowledge of lace knitting)

The yarn used in the sample is Prime Alpaca in chocolate, and is knitted on a size #6 needle.

The scarf was expertly pattern tested by Jen Kelley who can be contacted at: thehulkstoy@ gmail.com, who is known on Ravelry as “thehulkstoy.”
