During my first ever yarn crawl, I stopped by my adopted local yarn shop one last time before they closed their brick and mortar. I always head straight for the section of the shop where a local dyer was featured. While they have a variety of yarn, I prefer the Plushy line because it is a larger worsted and is handpainted. I love this particular colorway for its purples and dark golden hues. It is a great hat for a glorious fall day and easy to crochet for an intermediate beginner.
