This top quality pattern is 9 pages (5 if you print double sided!) and guides you along with plenty of pictures and tips.

Because this is a non-wearable item, you don’t need to stress too much about guage as long as your stitches are tight enough that the stuffing doesn’t show.

Suggested Yarn
This is what I used, but don’t be afraid to do your own version!
I used worsted weight, 4ply acrylic yarn. RHSS = Red Heart Super Saver
Yardage: 50 yards of main color, 10 yards of second color for wings

Blue – RHSS “Blue”
Green – RHSS “Spring Green”
White – RHSS “White”
Black – RHSS “Black”

Yardage can vary by person and gauge. These are estimates based on my own use. It is always good to have a little extra just in case!

You will also need:
Hook Sizes: C (2.5mm) you can also use a size D (3.25mm) to make it easier, but this will make it slightly bigger
