Flipping Turtle Coaster
Create a playful and functional turtle coaster that flips up every time you keep something on it. This design features a textured shell base with a cute turtle head, limbs, and tail that give the coaster a lively character while still remaining practical for everyday use.
The shell is crocheted using two strands of yarn to create a thicker, sturdy base that protects surfaces from hot or cold drinks. The head and limbs are made separately with a smaller hook to add dimension and detail, including safety eyes and gentle shaping to give the turtle its personality.
