A beautiful, beaded lace headband which is worked flat, then the short ends are twisted and sewn together to create a headband. Beads add a bit of twinkle to an elegant accessory.

Spectrum Fibre Superwash Merino DK (
DK; 100% merino wool; 230m/252yds per 115g) x 50g. Shown in shade: Love Struck

4mm (UK 8/US 6) knitting needles
0.75mm crochet hook (for adding beads)
