These slippers are cosy and quick! They are perfect for wearing around the house for a little extra warmth and have the added bonus of looking very cute! You can choose to knit either the plain version or the lace version, which is very simple but just adds a little bit of detail. They require less than a 100g skein of DK weight yarn making them a great project to use up that pretty skein of DK that you have been holding onto (or an excuse to treat yourself and buy some more yarn!)

Materials –

  • 100g/224m DK weight yarn (You will probably not use the whole skein but this depends on foot size. I used 44g for my size 5 UK feet in the smallest width.)
  • 4mm needles (I used a circular needle but you could use double pointed needles for the whole project if you prefer. You will definitely need them even if you choose to use a circular needle.)
  • 4mm double pointed needle
  • stitch holder
  • darning needle

Sizes - All of which will use 100g/224 meters or under. These are measured in the width of your foot, the length is adjustable to suit your foot size. They also include negative ease.

21.5cm/8.5inches (23.5cm/9.25inches, 25.5cm/10inches, 27.5/10.75inches, 29.5cm/11.5inches)
