A trip to Florence wouldn’t be complete without a visit to the beautiful country side of the Tuscan Valley. Famed for its marvelous scenery, the landscape combines colorful rolling hills, splendid ancient villas, mountains and rivers. Rich in history, a visit to Tuscany represents a journey of leisure, pleasure and above all, discovery.

My good friend, Vanessa from V yarns, dyed the yarn based on her memories of a visit to this beautiful region in Italy. I designed the sock to represent her memories in the socks knit from cuff to toe.

They feature a leaf and rib construction with an inverted gusset and a star toe. It is a very feminine sock and the sparkle yarn adds depth to the texture. Written and charted instructions are included.
