Mittens decorated with floral print - a necessary element for the comfort of your winter fun. The mittens are lightweight, but very warm and comfortable. Will warm and decorate your pens in the cold.
Classic Mittens--Use instructions as given.

Gauge: 26 sts and 34 rows to 4” (10 cm) in stockinette st, knit in the round, washed and blocked.

Needles: US 2 (2,75 mm) and US 2 1/2 (3 mm) needles, for preferred method of working in the round — I used DPNs.

PLEASE NOTE: I knit very tightly. I used US 2 (2,75 mm) and US 2 1/2 (3 mm) needles for my mittens, but knitters who are typically “on gauge” will likely need to use US 1 1/2 (2,5 mm) and US 2 (2,75 mm) . Very loose knitters may need to go down even further. Changes in gauge will affect finished size and amount of yarn used—to meet these dimensions, be sure to use the needle size that gives gauge.

Skills Needed: Knitting in the round, m1R and m1L increases, grafting (Kitchener stitch).
