Flower Power Dress has a delightful striped pattern made from a stitch combination you will love making. Sizes include Newborn all the way to 5T. Ruffled fabric is very easy to find at your local Hobby Lobby or Joann. The best part about this dress is there is only one seam that is sewn-- the back center seam, so minimal sewing skills are required. Dress is crocheted right into fabric; you won’t believe how easy it is to do and half the dress is already completed for you. The ruffles cover the bottom edge, so no hemming!

With a little modification, such as excluding the back seam, my 10 yr old niece wore this as a halter top.

Detailed instructions include how-to crochet into the fabric, stitch count for all sizes, well-written and tested pattern, but this is for an intermediate crocheter and not someone just learning the craft.

Made with a variety of colorful yarns, this pattern may be varied as you wish, make it muted, pastel, all white, or bright---guaranteed to please that new mom.

Uses #4 medium weight yarn.
