Yarn used: Lizbeth Cordonnet Cotton Thread Size 3 (100% Egyptian cotton; 120 yd 110 m/1¾ oz 50 g; CYC #1): #671 Christmas red (A), #705 yellow lt (B), #658 ocean turquoise lt (C), and #679 lime green (D), 1 ball each.

Hook: U.S. Size C/2 (2.75 mm). Adjust hook size if necessary to obtain gauge.

Tools: Yarn needle; cream 5⁄8″ fold over elastic, 10½” length; matching thread; sewing needle.

Finished measurements: Motif band measures about 22½” long before assembly.

Gauge: Flower motif = 2½” in diameter; diamond motif = 2½” in diameter.
