Bright, cheery tote bags with a shape reminiscent of a flower pot. Needle felt your bag with some bright flowers, create your own work of art, or just knit it in your favorite color and enjoy it. Instructions for two sizes.</em>

Sizes: Width across top 12” (16”). Depth from bottom ridge to center cast off 6.75” (10”). Yarn choice and felting will affect your finished size.

Yarn Requirements: 300 (600) yards of bulky wt wool that will felt easily. Shown in 14 ply New Zealand wool.

Needles: US size 11 circular needle in 16” for small size or 24” for large size. Two double pointed needles in US size 13.

Needle Felting Supplies: Felting needles in size 38 and 40; a piece of 2” thick foam; small amounts of colored roving.
