Flowersea sweater
Design specifications
This is a bottom up, seamless sweater with a lacy front with simple beaded flower motifs. It is worked in the round on circular needles from the bottom and up to the armholes (no waist shaping), then divided into a front and back pieces. Both parts are worked separately, back and forth. The shoulder seams are joined with a 3-needle bind-off. After completing the body, stitches are picked up around the sleeve openings, shaped with short rows, and then knitted in rounds. For the neckline stitches are picked up and bound off with a 4-stitch I-cord. A ruffled hem and cuffs add a special touch to this sweater.
