This is NOT a ‘Learn To Crochet’ pattern! Basic crochet knowledge is necessary for this course. Using US terms, you will need to know slip knots, magic circles, sc (single crochet), hdc (half-double crochet), dc (double crochet), tr (treble crochet), increasing, decreasing, and other basic skills.
This is a pattern made for a 5-week crochet along at community.gosadi.com where supplemental material will be provided. This design and instruction book was created over many months, and this pattern is subject to change with any alterations being supplied to you. The class is free with the download of this pattern.
This pattern is meant as an Introduction to freeform crochet, where you’ll use new techniques and learn to create 2-D shapes using free-flowing rows and shapes that build upon each other. This is meant to be crocheted while also working along with the stitch diagram on one of the final pages.
The piece is made using a J/5.75 mm crochet hook and 8 skeins of worsted weight yarn (I recommend Skacel Simpliworsted or Loops & Threads as a budget option).
