The tea cozy is easy to make, with beginner knitters in mind.

Using knit and purl stitches you will create a simple design.

The tea cozy will be perfect to use for afternoon tea or to give as a gift.

Yarn

100G Super Bulky Yarn – I used Sirdar Snuggle Snowflake Chunky (White)

50g double knit yarn (I used peach) for the flowers

50g double knit yarn (green) for the leaves

Needles

9mm (US 13) Knitting needles

4mm (US 6) Knitting needles

• SKILLS

Level – Easy

This is an easy level knitting pattern and the techniques involved are the knit stitch, purl stitch, increases and decreases to shape.

• SIZING

The cosy will fit over a teapot that measures 18″ circumference.
