Pattern is worked bottom up and in the round. Given the nature of the construction and stitch pattern, this pattern is graded by gauge. 2 size+gauge examples are provided within the pattern, and you can adjust these further to your own needs, allowing you to knit the Hat for a whole range of head sizes.
