Foggy
Named after the softly blurred effect of the yarn, Foggy
is an airy hood designed to contrast with smoother coat fabrics. It is worked from the back towards the front so the length can be easily adjusted to make the most of a small amount of yarn.

CONSTRUCTION
This hood is worked flat and seamlessly from the back towards the front, with integrated bands that you can tie at the front. The bands are worked in a dedicated motif at the same time as the hood, then separately when the hood is finished. The work begins at the back of the hood, after which stitches are picked up from the cast-on edge and the top of the hood to join the sections together. Increases are then worked to shape the crown, followed by straight knitting to the desired width. A ribbed section is worked at the front of the hood, and the piece is finished with the two separate front bands, whose length can be adjusted as desired.
