No-Show Socks

It’s an easy and quick knit.

The socks are knitted flat, on two needles, beginning from the heel. The heel is constructed using Dutch heel, then the sole is knitted. After the sole additional stitches are added using Backwards-loop cast on to shape the instep and continue toward the toe.

Needles:
US: 0 UK: 14 EU: 2 mm

Gauge:
16 stitches and 25 rows for 2x2 inches /5x5 cm in Stockinette/Stocking stitch.

Sizes:
US: 7-8; 8-9 UK: 4,5-5; 5-6 EU: 37-38; 38-39

Skill level: beginner

Skills required: basic knitting, decrease, increase, basic sock skills, short rows, Dutch heel, Short row toe, Kitchener stitch.

Notions: DPNs, stitch marker, crochet needle, tapestry needle.
