This hobo bag is made with a fluffy eyelash yarn that gives it the look of faux fur. The stitches are not easily visible, giving it a store-bought appearance, yet it’s knitted with needles, making it easier to follow the stitches as you work. The bag is constructed by knitting two identical front and back panels and a rectangular handle, then sewing them together with simple whipstitching. The handle length is adjustable, so you can style it as you like. Since it’s knitted, the fabric has some stretch—though it doesn’t stretch much vertically, it may stretch horizontally and front-to-back, so please note that it may not be suitable for carrying very heavy items like a laptop.
