Waves of four-step cables cascade in and out of 2x2 ribbing in this bold, dramatic scarf. Forest Park takes advantage of the razor-sharp stitch defnition of Brooklyn Tweed’s wonderful new DK-weight base, Arbor, for a modern, graphic take on a knitting project that, in its way, couldn’t be more traditional: the cabled scarf. The two halves are worked separately from a provisional cast on, for a symmetrical fnal product. The scarf is generously sized as drafed, perfect for wrapping multiple times around your neck or wearing under a coat on a cold winter day. If you’d prefer a shorter version, simply adjust the total yardage based on the modifcation instructions provided.
