MATERIALS:

  • circular needles 60-100 cm 3,5 mm (24 in- 40 in US 4);
  • additional circular needles of any length 2-3,5 mm (US 0 – US 4) for temporary storage of “live” stitches when knitting a neck.
  • short circular needles 40 cm 3.5 mm (16 in US 4);
  • double-pointed needles 3.5 mm for knitting an example;
  • markers;
  • tape measure;
  • tapestry needle;
  • crochet hook 2-3 mm (US 1-3);
  • 4 buttons.

GAUGE:
20 stitches х 28 rows = 10x10 cm (4x4”) in stockinette stitch on 3.5 mm (US 4) needles after blocking.
The gauge of eyelet pattern is not of fundamental importance.

YARN:
100-130 m (110-140 yds) in 50 g (1.75 oz) of cotton yarn (yarn examples: Sandnes Garn Line, Sandnes Garn Mandarin Naturell).
